Anxiety is a common problem that can manifest in a variety of ways and can be characterised by persistent and overwhelming feelings of fear, panic, worry or unease. Anxiety can result in a range of symptoms which can vary from person to person. Some of these include but are not limited to; a persistent sense of worry or dread, impatience and irritability, difficulty breathing, a tight chest, shaking, palpitations, nausea.

It’s important to understand that you don’t have to struggle alone, and that nothing is permanent even if you’ve been struggling for a long period of time.

She is able to apply processes from a broad range of tried and tested therapeutic techniques and modalities to start to resolve the underlying causes or triggers for your anxiety.
