Are you repeating a pattern of behaviour or situation over and over and you can’t seem to change it?
This is often because something in your subconscious is in control of how things are unfolding. Or perhaps it’s a learnt pattern of behaviour from childhood that we need to reprogram.
Studies show that over 90% of our daily activities are controlled by our subconscious mind.
Much like a computer our subconscious acts as a program that is automatically running in the background. The problem comes when there is a glitch in the system.
As human beings we find it incredibly difficult to access our own subconscious mind and therefore it is near-on impossible to clean up the ‘glitch’ in the program and let go of automatically running programming.
There are many reasons why we repeat patterns that are unhealthy or not for our highest good and once we recognise this is happening it’s important to start to find the reasons and start to change them so that the cycle does not continue.
