Meditation not Medication!
Should I meditate? Yes!
How will it help me? Meditation will help lower your stress levels, lower your blood pressure, lower your heart rate and much more.
In the meditation process you are consciously reconnecting to the life force energy in your awake state, which is when we are most stressed.
When we are awake we are normally at our most stressed, and this is when we punish our systems.
Every time you connect to life force energy whether it is through meditation or hands on healing or other techniques your body, mind and spirit starts to relax. You could say that you are re filling source energy within you when you meditate, just as when you have a Reiki or hands on healing the practitioner is channelling that energy to you and you take whatever your body needs.
During the process of meditation the slower deeper breaths taken are also very good for us and even if you cannot find time to meditate every day just taking some slow deep breaths for a few minutes will help.
There are a many thoughts on how to meditate, when how often and for how long.
My personal opinion is daily for about 15 minutes, and there are some very simply ways to begin…

We spend so much time waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us, searching & yearning for that special love. Feeling empty and lost without it. Wanting someone to give us love and fill us up.
Unfortunately, that’s not usually how life works. In order to be truly loved & to be able to completely love another, we must learn how to love ourselves!
Until you know how to love yourself there will be an inner war going on that divides your energy and sabotages your efforts to move toward happiness.
I think most of us would be shocked if we could hear our inner dialogue from day to day played back to us. We would see just how many times a day we judge or criticize ourselves harshly.
“There is something wrong with me. I’m really messed up.”
“It’s all my fault.”
” I don’t know what I’m doing.”
“I’m not (good, smart, attractive, rich, etc.) enough.”
“I should have (fill in the blank).”
“I’m not as (good, smart, attractive, successful, etc.) as that person.”
“I’ll never get that job.”
“I don’t deserve to be happy. I don’t deserve to be loved. I don’t deserve to have what I want.”
“That person doesn’t like me. No one likes me.”
The Power Of Words
Dr. Masaru Emoto shows the powerful effect that our thoughts , words & feelings have on us. In his research he attached written words to containers of water, such as “Thank you,” “I love you,” and “You fool!” Then he froze the water and took photos of the water crystals with a microscopic camera. In addition to using written words, he varied his experiments with thoughts, music and pictures.
The results were amazing!
In every case where there was a positive energy used, through written word, a verbal statement, or a picture, the
photos of the frozen crystals were pretty. The water crystals formed into intricate symmetrical patterns.
On the other hand, in every case where the energy was negative, the crystals were small, misshapen and deformed!
So imagine the effects of the negativity hurled at yourself until you learn how to love yourself.
Remember, our bodies are about 60% water (it varies, depending on the individual), and this is just revealing what happens to the part of us that is water when we are hit with negativity.
it stands to reason that this is happening on ALL parts of ALL our cells. and we wonder why there is mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual illness in the world!
